Peptides & IV Therapy GUIDE

Deep Recovery Peptide

CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin. These compounds influence growth-hormone signaling and are listed in Osita’s menu for a recovery discussion. The combination is not an FDA-approved sleep or exercise-recovery treatment.

General patient education. Your clinician’s individual instructions take priority. An online guide cannot determine eligibility or replace an examination.

Before your appointment

What to expect

Your provider reviews your goals, medical history, and whether any further evaluation is needed. Compounded peptide preparations are not FDA-approved; expected benefits, uncertainties, and alternatives should be discussed before deciding on care.

After your visit

Follow-up & what to expect

The visit connects your goals with a clinical assessment and a clear explanation of your options. Benefit, appropriate monitoring and longer-term safety may be uncertain. Your clinician will explain which outcomes are supported by evidence and how progress would be assessed.

Your questions, answered

How do CJC-1295 and ipamorelin work?

CJC-1295 and ipamorelin act on different pathways that stimulate growth-hormone release. The consultation explores the reason for your recovery or sleep concerns and whether a hormonal evaluation is appropriate. Human evidence for this combination’s sleep and exercise-recovery benefits is limited. Snoring, breathing pauses or persistent daytime sleepiness also deserve a sleep assessment.

What should I track before the visit?

Bring information about sleep timing, awakenings, snoring, daytime sleepiness, caffeine, alcohol, medicines and prior treatments. Discuss evaluation of the underlying sleep problem.

Does a consultation guarantee a prescription?

No. The clinician must consider whether any proposed treatment is appropriate and currently available. A listed menu item is not approval to use it.

What should I ask before deciding?

Ask for the exact substance and formulation, approval status, evidence in people, known and unknown risks, pharmacy source, alternatives and total cost. A product described as research-only should not be used for self-treatment.

Is compounded the same as FDA-approved?

No. Compounding is not FDA approval of the finished product. Do not assume that approval of a different brand, route or indication applies to this preparation.

How do I use or store it?

There is no safe universal schedule for peptides. If prescribed, obtain product-specific written instructions and training from the prescriber and dispensing pharmacy. Do not use internet dose charts or instructions from another substance.

How will we know if it is helping?

Agree on measurable goals, a review date, monitoring and reasons to stop. Report adverse effects promptly. Avoid adding several treatments at once without a coordinated plan.

Planning your visit

What will it cost?

Confirm visit fees and what is included before scheduling. Tests, medication, supplies or additional visits may be separate. Ask about insurance eligibility for medical care; coverage is not guaranteed. A consultation is not advertised as free.
