Peptides & IV Therapy GUIDE

Injury Recovery Peptide

TB-500. TB-500 is an investigational peptide associated with tissue-repair research. It is not an established substitute for diagnosis, rehabilitation, or other proven injury care.

General patient education. Your clinician’s individual instructions take priority. An online guide cannot determine eligibility or replace an examination.

Before your appointment

What to expect

Your provider reviews your goals, medical history, and whether any further evaluation is needed. Compounded peptide preparations are not FDA-approved; expected benefits, uncertainties, and alternatives should be discussed before deciding on care.

After your visit

Follow-up & what to expect

The visit connects your goals with a clinical assessment and a clear explanation of your options. Benefit, appropriate monitoring and longer-term safety may be uncertain. Your clinician will explain which outcomes are supported by evidence and how progress would be assessed.

Your questions, answered

What is TB-500 intended to do?

It is promoted in relation to tissue-repair research. That does not establish that a particular injectable product safely heals a human injury.

Do I still need rehabilitation?

Yes, when recommended. Diagnosis, appropriate activity modification and rehabilitation should not be replaced by a peptide menu offering.

Does a consultation guarantee a prescription?

No. The clinician must consider whether any proposed treatment is appropriate and currently available. A listed menu item is not approval to use it.

What should I ask before deciding?

Ask for the exact substance and formulation, approval status, evidence in people, known and unknown risks, pharmacy source, alternatives and total cost. A product described as research-only should not be used for self-treatment.

Is compounded the same as FDA-approved?

No. Compounding is not FDA approval of the finished product. Do not assume that approval of a different brand, route or indication applies to this preparation.

How do I use or store it?

There is no safe universal schedule for peptides. If prescribed, obtain product-specific written instructions and training from the prescriber and dispensing pharmacy. Do not use internet dose charts or instructions from another substance.

How will we know if it is helping?

Agree on measurable goals, a review date, monitoring and reasons to stop. Report adverse effects promptly. Avoid adding several treatments at once without a coordinated plan.

Planning your visit

What will it cost?

Confirm visit fees and what is included before scheduling. Tests, medication, supplies or additional visits may be separate. Ask about insurance eligibility for medical care; coverage is not guaranteed. A consultation is not advertised as free.

How can I contact the clinic?

Call 510-777-1000 Monday–Friday 9 AM–5 PM or Saturday 9 AM–2 PM Pacific. If we are helping another patient, leave your name and callback number. General inquiries can use the contact form when live; do not include sensitive medical details. Hablamos español.

When to get help
